Grove Estate is a family run business, with three generations actively involved in the business and operations.
Liz, Managing Director, was born in Staffordshire and raised in Eccleshall and has held management positions in Telecoms and Luxury Retail Beauty, her experience of selling ‘high end’ products has been invaluable!
Rob, Finance Director, is a Chartered Accountant with very little gardening experience, although his parents do have 10 Seyval Blanc vines at their home on the Isle of Wight.
Holly, Marketing Manager and Liz’s daughter has been extensively involved in the branding of the products and establishing our online presence. The distinctive branding that she has developed has been rolled out across all varieties of wine produced.
The team have all learnt on the job with help and special thanks to Halfpenny Green, Google and You Tube!
The entire process, from winter pruning to harvest is incredibly manual, with very little machinery involved so we are always looking for volunteers, especially at harvest time.
Our aim is to be recognised as a truly LOCAL producer of high QUALITY wines. We are very proud to represent Eccleshall and have been amazed by the support and response the local area has shown from the moment we launched our first wine.
